Online students have access to library resources including e-journals, e-books, interlibrary loan, Scan and Deliver, and Books by Mail (barring restrictions).  Students may also consult with an Engineering librarian, and request help via a chat tool available on weekdays (hours vary) or via this web form.

Office of the Ombuds

The Office of the Ombuds is a confidential, neutral, informal, and independent resource assisting with the management of conflict, resolution of disputes, and problem solving in relation to obstacles to one’s full and successful participation as a student at Penn. The OSC consults with and supports students who are navigating a policy violation concern. The OSC accepts cases of alleged violations of the Code of Academic Integrity, and provides services, including case management and consultation, regarding alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct.
