Online students have access to library resources including e-journals, e-books, interlibrary loan, Scan and Deliver, and Books by Mail (barring restrictions). Students may also consult with an Engineering librarian, and request help via a chat tool available on weekdays (hours vary) or via this web form.

Office of the Ombuds

Office of Student Conduct
The OSC consults with and supports students who are navigating a policy violation concern. The OSC accepts cases of alleged violations of the Code of Academic Integrity, and provides services, including case management and consultation, regarding alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is the counseling center designed to promote health and wellness throughout the University. MCIT Online students are welcome to contact CAPS to receive referral services for mental health providers in their area.
